FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Hill City, South Dakota, which is right in the heart of the Black Hills. I often travel around the Midwest, so if you aren't close to SD, I'm willing to travel to you! There is no travel fee for the first 60 miles.
When will we receive our images?
First, you will get a sneak peek within 48 hours of your session. For portrait sessions, you will receive you online gallery of images within three to four weeks of your session. For weddings, please allow up to eight to ten weeks to receive your full gallery. This may sound like an extensive amount of time, but I promise that I use that time to take the utmost care to deliver outstanding images of your perfect day.
Can you help plan my session including location & outfit choices?
Of course, that's what I'm here for! I love to help coordinate outfits and locations to let your personality shine through into the images.
What if I don't know how to pose?
Don't worry, that's part of my job, too! At first being in front of the camera may feel awkward, and that is totally natural. This is why I take it into my hands to show you how to pose throughout the session to show your personality.
